Local Study

We created a survey that was provided to Grounded Plant and Floral Co customers to research and analyze their interests in recommendations. This helped us obtained information about their thoughts on Green Certification, rewards programs, and social media use. We also obtained some information about the statistics regarding the time they've spent at the store. This local study was a foundational method to understanding the store-customer relationship. And as a minor recommendation, you can learn a lot about your customers from a simple Google Forms survey when you have such a large audience!

64.55% of responders showed either a lot or somewhat interest in customer rewards programs.
25.8% of people were only a one time visitor, more than a fourth of the responders.
Out of 504 survey responses, 94% said having products displayed on a website was important to them.
