Executive Summary 

Grounded Plant & Floral Co. is interested in strategies that would promote their business and garner public visibility. The research and analysis of this report are aimed to improve Grounded Plant’s online presence and ways to pursue becoming Green Certified. 

 

The recommendation report will give our client insight into pursuing how to become Green Certified and utilizing their online presence. The report will inform Grounded Plant how becoming Green Certified would be beneficial and gain them more customers. Also, how to modify their website and social media presence could garner new customers. The findings in this report are from a local study from the team that was taken by Grounded Plants’ email list and social media followers. The results of the study established the foundation of the recommendations. 

 

The Recommendation Report will be in sections so that the points are clear and coherent. This will help in the understanding of why the information is important and will help Grounded Plant & Floral Co.  The report is broken down as such:

Grounded Plant will be given strategies that would promote their business and gain them more visibility throughout this report. 

 

Brief recommendations:

  • Modify the website by updating the shop list and starting a rewards program 

  • Maximize social media use by posting weekly on social media and engage with followers

  • Pursue and market Green Certification
